Bio
From a young age, I’ve always been motivated to help others. This drive has lead to pursue an education and career in the health field. While I will be beginning an MPH in this summer, I ultimately hope to obtain a medical degree and become a pediatrician.
Broadly, my interests include social determinants of health, Black maternal and child health, and mental health and substance abuse.

Education
BA, Brown University
August 2013 - May2017
I spent my undergraduate career exploring the history of Black and Brown people across the African Diaspora. I coupled my interest in Black history with my pre-med aspirations to study the the intersection of history in medicine among Black populations in particular.
MPH, Tufts University
May 2018 - Present
Through my MPH program, I strive to ensure that race is never left out of the discussion. I aim to ascertain that the historical shortcomings of medicine and exploitation that have disproportionately disparaged Black people are not forgotten, as they continue to have lasting and harmful effects on Black health today.
EXPERIENCE
No matter the role or project, I’m confident in the skill set I bring to the table. Take a look below to learn more about my specific abilities, and feel free to get in touch if you’d like to learn more.

It is not our differences that divide us. It is our inability to recognize, accept, and celebrate those differences.
